This hypnobirthing affirmations meditation has been created to support you through the birth process. You can listen to the affirmations during pregnancy and during labour to aid relaxation and boost feelings of calm and confidence.

There are 25 powerful affirmations mentioned in this audio. The series of affirmations will be repeated 5 times with short pauses in between each set.

Also included are 25 printable affirmations cards (each card corresponds to an affirmation from the meditation audio). There is an example of one of the affirmations cards below.
