After experiencing fear and anxiety in the lead up to her baby's birth, she attended a hypnobirthing course which totally transformed her mindset. She went from panicky and unprepared to calm, confident and looking forward to meeting her baby! She went on to have a calm birth experience at home. Inspired by her birth experience, she trained as a hypnobirthing practitioner under one of the world's most highly esteemed childbirth educators and went on to create The Motherhood Academy - a selection of hypnobirthing online courses and meditation bundles for expecting mothers around the world. Anja supports all types of births in any birth setting and is passionate about helping parents to feel prepared and confident about childbirth.
