It is also designed to trigger the release of oxytocin in your body which can help bring on labour so you don't feel under pressure to be chemically induced. Unless it is considered medically necessary, you do not have to be induced. Deep relaxation can promote the start of natural and spontaneous labour. In the final days of pregnancy, you must focus on calming your mind and relaxing your body to encourage labour to begin.
